Basic Party - Excursion One Kids Birthday Party is just $125.00 $125.00, Basic Fee, is for renting the Dining Car, for 3 hours use This includes 1/2 hour for set up, 1/2 hour for cleanup, and 2 hours use of the dining car for your child's party You bring your own food, cake, decorations, plates, utensils, beverages, table cloths, and party favors Partys may be scheduled any day of the week, except for major holidays Your Party does not have to be scheduled during the museum operating hours In addition to the basic use of the dining car for your child's party, you may select from one or more of our additional 'Excursions': Optional Excursion Two For an additional $100.00, the museum will provide additional services: This includes 2 hours use of the dining car for your child's party The museum staff will set up and clean up the Dining Car Cake, plates, utensils, pizza, and drinks You provide anything else you want Excursion One is for up to 10 guests Each additional guest is $10.00 each The Museum can also provide train related party favors, $2.00 per favor With Excursion Two, you will receive a one time 25% discount from our gift shop, (this gift shop discount expires at the start of your party). Optional Excursion Three For an additional $75.00, a second option for the Museum to provide more additional services An additional one hour is added to your child's party time, with Excursion Three The museum provides an escorted one hour tour, of the museum, during the additional hour of your party time You may request up to 15 minutes (of your tour time), for children's train stories Optional Excursion Four An option for you to add additional time for your party. Each Additional hour of party time, is $40.00 per hour Adequate adult supervision is required at all times.
