As a Non Profit Museum, your New Braunfels Railroad Museum relies on Members and Volunteers to participate in the Operations and serving as Docents. Thank you for your interest in learning about helping at the Museum. By serving, you will have fun in helping to preserve and educate. Volunteering is at the time and days of your choice. Below you will find a short explanation of some of the benfits of Volunteering at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum. Become a Volunteer at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum When you become a Volunteer at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum, you:     Help to preserve the Depot and the Archives     Assist with the Kids Fun Day     Help with the creation and restoration of our Artifacts and Displays     You can run your own Model Trains, anytime you are volunteering     Provide Fun and Enjoyment to our guests     What would you like to do at the Museum?     You do not have to be a Museum Member to be able to be a Docent     To become a Volunteer, just complete the Form below: Become a Docent at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum When you become a Docent at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum, you:     Be a Museum Host or assistant Host     Explain the History of the Depot and Railroads to our Guests     Assist with the Events and Partys in the Dining Car     You can run your own Model Trains, anytime you are being a Docent     Provide Fun and Enjoyment to our guests     What would you like to do at the Museum?     You do not have to be a Museum Member to be able to be a Docent     To become a Docent just complete the Form below: Become a Member at the New Braunfels Railroad Museum When you become a member of the New Braunfels Railroad Museum, you:     Participate with the other Members in the planning and development, of the Museum changes and improvements     Approve the Annual Budget and Vote on other Museum Decisions     You are able to be a Volunteer     You have the opportunity to be a Docent     You can run your own Model Trains, anytime     What would you like to do at the Museum?     To become a Member, just complete the Form below: What does it take to be a member of the New Braunfels Historic Railroad and Modelers Society Responsibilities of being a Member:     Annual Dues are just $25.00 per year     You are encouraged to attend our membership meetings on the Second Thursday of Each Month     You are able to be a docent     You are able to volunteer to help with our preservation and restoration projects     You can run your own Model Trains, anytime     Free admission at our Trainshows (when you work)     What would you like to do at the Museum?     To become a Member, just complete the Form below: Members may log in and sign up to be a docent at our docent calendar page
